Will my GPU cause a CPU bottleneck?

CPU : Intel Core i5-4308U CPU 2.80GHz
RAM : 8 GB DDR5

Can help me finding the most suitable GPU without bottlenecking the CPU

Please help

Your CPU may or may not be a limiting factor depending on what games you play. If you play Rise of the Tomb Raider the videocard is the limiting factor, if you play Battlefield 1 then your CPU will be a factor. There is no individual videocard that will work the same in all games for you. Considering your dual core with hyperthreading is a low power model, ie not a gaming CPU, I probably wouldn't invest more than an RX 470 into it. I'm assuming you have a 1080p monitor.
