So yesterday i downloaded Battlefield 1 trial version just to give it a try and i was surprised that the game just did not work like it should. Firstly my PC is not any thing special but it is decent. I am rocking a GIGABYTE GTX 1060 3GB and a i5 4460 processor with 8 GB ofram. I have been playing games like GTA 5, The Witcher 3, Battlefield Hardline... with no problem on 1080p resolution and ultra graphics over 60 FPS i even manage to play the Wircher on 4k with ultra at about 30-40 frames. But BF 1 is just on a whole nother level at first i had massive FPS drops even playing on medium graphics, then I fixed the performance a little bit by setting a FPS lock to 60 and resolution scale to 130 and i put all my settings to ultra but i turned off antialiasing.. But what is interesting is that i have about the same FPS playing on low or ultra but i am experiencing huge FPS drops quite often even down to 5 or 6 frames
also when i am playing on low, so the game is pretty much unplayable. I also heard windows 10 might boost up frames by adding as much as about 30+, i currently have windows 7. Does anybody know what might the problem be i am thinking the CPU might be one or maybe i need more ram. But i am not sure so pls leave a comment if you know what might be a good solution.

Use Z-GPU to see how much vram you are using. I have a i5- 3570k and r9-390x with 8gb vram and 16 GB of system ram.

On BF1 I only use about 5-6 GB ram but 3.8 GB of vram at 1080p. Not sure what my FPS are but the game runs good on ultra on 27".
