No sli option in nvidia control panel.

Ive seen plenty of these threads but i have not been able to fix my problem. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall my drivers and ive changed the placement of the cards, but no sli option appears in the control panel.

Are you sure your GPUs are SLI compatible? And your motherboard too?

I have two identical 980s so they are compatible, not sure about my motherboard, its a msi z87-g43, socket-1150

According to this http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/sli/motherboards?field_manufacturer_value=MSI&field_socket_type_value=LGA+1150&field_sli_support_value=All&=Apply your mobo does not support SLI.

Assuming you want to keep everything else and just change mobo, your list of choices is limited to those listed in my previous post link (if you don't need to stick to MSI, then http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/sli/motherboards?field_manufacturer_value=&field_socket_type_value=LGA+1150&field_sli_support_value=All&=Apply )
