Computer Doesn't Turn On When Power Button Pressed

I recently reassembled a computer of mine, making sure everything plugged in where it was supposed to be plugged in. The first day, I had no monitor hooked up, and it turned on and all the fans started spinning when the power button at the front was pressed. Yesterday, I hooked up an Acer K222HQL monitor to the whole thing and the computer turned on, but the monitor said "no Signal", which was probably because the GPU fan wasn't plugged into the card, but I have no way of telling because now for some reason my computer won't turn on at all. I press the power button, and nothing happens. Before you ask, the strip with the power button is plugged into the correct points. I've tried unplugging it, turning the PSU on and off and then plugging it back in. I will press the button and a a single light at the front flickers for a moment and then goes dark, no fans, nothing. It's a brand new GPU, a Solid Gear SDGR-600X ATX, but I thought it blew out.

What do you mean by "GPU fan wasn't plugged into the card"?

If anything, it's PSU(power supply unit), not GPU. Besides all I found with that name was https://www.directron.com/sdgr600bx.html SDGR-600 BX, is it your PSU?

The GPU is a GeForce 900 series with a fan, but the fan plugs into a two pin slot on the card itself. I can't be sure because nothing spins when I turn the computer on. And yes I meant GPU, thanks. That is the model I meant.

The PSU works, the fan spins when the green and black ground wires are connected with the paperclip. So it must be something wrong with the other components of the computer.
