Hi, I've made this account to hopefully resolve a problem without taking too much money out of my wallet.

I put together this computer the other day, and I'm pretty sure everything is plugged in right.

the ONLY thing this computer doesn't have is any Ram. It takes DDR4 and I accidently bought laptop ram by mistake. (Yeah, bummer).

But as said, It'll turn on for a second, then shut right back off and then it won't have any sort of reaction if I try to turn it back on unless I unplug the power from the wall and plug it back in. Then this cycle repeats. Help?

But nontheless wouldn't the power come on without ram? I mean I don't expect it to do anything but beep from the motherboard speaker. But would this be the issue or would it be something else?

I just spent a good bit of money on this computer and I hate to see more spent on it from something I did wrong.

Yes the power would turn on without memory but the PC will not work your also going to have another problem when you get your memory because the motherboard will need a BIOS update to work with that processor and you can't update it without the PC working.
You can try a local PC shop and see if they can update it for you after you verify it still don't work.
