So I bought a i7 and saw some gameplay of it, and in the comments they were saying it was bottlebecking, will it? I plan on playing games like arma 3 if that helps with the answer. If it does can y'all recommend a cheap gpu, won't bottleneck but good with arma 3. I also need a motherboard for the i7 under $200 a UATX I believe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Nope it wont but the architecture is a good 2 generations behind what you have access to right now. If you need something to game on at 1080p, perhaps look at the GTX1060 or the RX480. For your motherboard, well it could've been simply posted but I'd need to know what the rest of you specs are since a Z170 platform would benefit from higher spec'd ram's instead of the vanilla DDR4-2133/2400MHz kits.

So, if you will, please pass on your full system's specs and if you're yet building up your system, then pass us a budget and we could help sort you out with the parts for the build.

You can do whatever you like, get a new case and transfer your parts yes.
6700K as said above is one of top consumer level "gaming" CPUs, along with 7700K and 4790K, will never bottleneck any single GPU, even Pascal Titan. Not even close. You can debate the opposite that these cards can bottleneck such a CPU with like CPU intensive games.
