What games are you playing? If all you play are very very CPU intensive games it might be better to go the i5 7500 route. But if you don't, go with what rolli59 is recommending.

I3-7100 and GTX1060 will almost certainly be better.
The GTX1060 is a stronger graphics card which is most important for fast action shooters.
For games such as strategy, sims, and mmo types which depend on a fast master thread for performance, the faster single thread performance of a i3-7100 will be better.
If you play mostly multiplayer games with many participants, that is the case where the I5-7500 might be better.
