You will have no problem physically installing a GTX1060 in the pcie slot.

A more important question to ask is what is the make/model your psu, and what the exact version of your msi graphics card.
If the card needs a 8 pin pcie power connector, that will typically be found on a 500w psu.
If your psu does not have such a connector, you need to fix the issue.
