Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV can fit i7 3820?

Solution
An i5 2500 will get you 200 fps most of the time in CSGO on maps like Dust2, mirage, and cache, but I'd expect it to struggle a little bit to stay above 150 on the newer maps like inferno and Nuke. A 430W seasonic will power that build, but 500W would be more ideal. If you already have the 430W then don't buy a new PSU, not worth it.

Yes that i5 will work. Here is the list of all the cpu's the motherboard supports
http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H61M-S2PV-rev-10#support-cpu

I would not get the gtx 960 because the gtx 1050ti has the same performance with newer technology and less power consumptions. If you have a little more to spend then the rx 470 is noticeably better at a little more cost than the 1050ti.
