The best option out there as an AM3+ motherboard that supports your CPU are:

TUF Sabertooth 990FX R3.0
ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z

And for the cooling I would get the CoolerMaster Seidon 240V because it´s around 60 euro on Amazon.

I have the same CPU as you on my last build and I am on stock settings with just a few tweaks for the ram to run @2400Mhz and my tems are around 50-55 degress at full load, I use the Sabertooth and the CM 240v which I would dare to say that it´s the "120 Evo" of watercoolers.

I already bought the cpu and i can t return it, i have a corsair h60.... and i don t have enough money to change the cpu

Do not throw good money after bad.
Whatever you buy you can sell.

If you already own the asrock 970 motherboard, you could try the FX-9370 in it and downclock the processor to the point where it will run on your motherboard.

A H60 is not enough, you need something like a H100 or H105. Which exact make an model PSU do you have, AMD recommend a 850w minimum but a high quality 750w should be ok.

Personally I would sell the CPU even at a loss. A basic modern i5 will easily outperform and cost less to do so. An i5 won't give you all the hassle of trying to get a FX9xxx to work properly and use a fraction of the power.
