I need help with buying a Graphics Card

Hi!
I am going to build my self a gaming pc. My budget over all is around 1350$.
My parts list now is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/. But on the graphics cards I am not sure. I am thinking on the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Xtreme. And I don't want a 1070 because then I have to down scale the other things. I really need help!!

If you have a better solution then my pc. Link a partslist from www.pcpartpicker.com

I will take all help I can. btw, I live in Sweden so if you can pls use things that I can buy ether in Sweden or Amazon.co.uk. But I am able to buy from countries around Sweden.

I checked the links and they worked on both safari and google chrome. So if you want can test again now.
