HP Slimline s3713w Front Panel Help

I own an HP Slimline s3713w and I want to replace the front USB ports and the headphone jack. I don't know where to buy the parts.

found some on the web with cable and the 2 usb port with 3.5 mm they cost around 139.to 195 $ each .

because the are not available fom hp anymore check around witch part you need to change in it the usb or the 3.5mm headphones .

this board have only usb 2.0 connector on so 3. will need adaptor for it do you use the card reader if not you could get this https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Description=front%20panel%20card%20reader&Submit=ENE
