It seems that cooler is 3pin but that's ok for me;
CPU should be original? Not Chinese copy I think(here in Serbia q9650 costs like 60Euros minimum)
And what you say about RAM?

Cooler and RAM are meant for new 1366 system
And about processor - that Xeon - it is for friend.

They might be good, but you've really no idea. How did they get hold of enough processors to make it worth selling? Have they all been tested? That ram looks just weird, really low profile, the cooler isn't cheap, and may not be any good, a hyper 212 will be about the same price.

Well, cooler Hyper 212 Evo is 45-50$ in Serbia saddly;
Well, I would rather take used RAM then;
And about CPU, I think they give 1 year warranty aswel, so good enough for me.
