PC random restarts, already changed my PSU

Well...
I've been in a very problematic situation
My pc just randomly shutdowns (Black screen and then boot automatically), even at the BIOS screen.
I though it could be a bad PSU as i readed in the forums but it wasn't, i bought a new PSU (generic cause i'm in a very tight budget), but the system keeps restarting at any time, to 5 min to 2 hours.
Already did a clean OS install.
Something i found out with "Speccy" that my ram stick is at 666 mhz and not at 1333mhz as it shows in the BIOS, but i don't know if that could cause a problem.


PC Specs:
PSU: Spektra PH-650w
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2ghz
GPU: AMD R7 250
RAM: 1x4gb 1333mhz

What motherboard is being used?

Is this a new computer?

Make sure all components are seated properly (memory, video card and CPU).

Programs like "Speccy" usually report the memory clock frequency and not the operating frequency of the memory (which is two times clock frequency). So the memory is running at the correct frequency (2 x ~ 666 MHz = 1333 MHz).

The memory might be faulty and/or incompatible.

What is the make and model/part number of the memory?

Try the memory in different slots, and/or try the memory in another computer.

My Motherboard is a MSI H81M-E33
It's not new, it has less than a year
The memory it's a GSKILL F3-1333C9S-4GNS

I don't have another memory to test or another computer, i'd tried to do a Memtest but the pc restarted...
My Motherboard doesn't turn on when i change the ram stick of position (i have 2 DDR3 slots) so i guess it needs to have 1 stick in the "0 slot" to turn on.

The PSU i bought wasn't the cheapest, but it's the closest to my max range of budget
It shouldn't turn off with the specifications of my computer, even if it's a 400w (or at least that's what i think)
The PSU i had before all of this was another generic one of the same wattage


Now i'm writing this in the pc, i reconnected all the connections and unplugged the GPU to see if that is the problem, it's been 2 hours since i turn on the system and still no reboot, but yesterday i achieved 3 hours with the system on, then i shutted it off because a though that the problem was solved (I did a clean install and there where no reboots).

Thanks for the extra information.

The G.Skill memory is compatible with the motherboard, so that is not an issue.

Possibly a video card issue and/or an issue with the PSU.

Ideally the video card should be tested in another computer to see if there is a problem with it. If the computer works OK without this card installed then that suggests a possible problem with the video card.

As suggested previously, when using this video card, make sure it is installed/seated properly.

Another thing to try is to clear CMOS in order to rest BIOS to default settings in case of BIOS corruption.

Download DDU and install it.

Uninstall existing video drivers using normal uninstallation procedure.

Reboot to Safe Mode.

Run DDU and remove all instances of AMD video drivers.

Reboot computer into Normal Mode.

Reinstall video drivers and reboot as required.

Did all of the above but nothing changed, eventually i was at safe mode without the GPU plugged and it rebooted, so i removed the mobo and the components and installed them outside the case, just to be sure that there is no short circuit or something...
But when i was trying to connect the 24 pin connector... it didn't get in all the way, so i pushed it trying to not bend the Motherboard... it did get in, so i suspect that before, the connector was not pluged in properly, my question is:
The bad connection of the 24 pin connector could cause a reboot?
So far it's been 30 minutes without a reboot, i suspect that the connector was the problem...

After i put the 24 connector correctly the system hasn't rebooted, I it tested two times recently, first one for 3 hours, after that i rebooted manualy to see if in the next test would reboot, i runned it for 2 hours and no reboots again, then i shutdown manually the system.

I think that the problem is solved, somehow the 24 pin connector did the reboot by being connected unproperly, but i'm not sure if I can say it's totally solved, I will do some test after coming back, i will keep you guys updated

I hope that the problem is solved, it has been a pain in the ***

PD: My 24 pin connector looks good, the PSU it's new so i don't think that the pins could be the problema, just the bad connection
