My Gateway desktop PC stopped worling some months ago, and whenver i try to turn it on my monitor is on a black screen (Computer doesn't boot). I tried everything i could find, removed ram and put it back, etc. I did find a cordon the hard drove with "P4" on it that wadnt plugged into anything, but I also couldn't find where to plug it in. Is this the issue? How can I fix? *put in laptop tech support bc I didnt see anywhere else to put it. I'm, again, on Desktop.
