Memory 1200MHz just working in DRAM Frequency 399,9 MHz

Hi everyone,
I just bought new memory OCZ 2x2gb DDR2 PC2 9600 1200MHz for upgrade my memory pc (OCZ 1x2gb DDR2 PC2 8500 1066MHz) but my memory just working DRAM Frequency 399,9 MHz (in CPU-Z), why my memory can't working at maximal frequency??? My everyone can helpme or explain about my memory.. thanka in advance

Did you reset BIOS/CMOS ? Also it's actually running at 800MHZ (because it's DDR, Double Data Rate), You may need to bump memory multiplier in BIOS, older memories and motherboards don't have XMP profiles or anything to tell BIOS what they are capable of.

yes i know 399,9 ddr2 its mean 800mhz but my memory have 1200mhz.. Can you tell me about set it?? Because i have reset the CMOS and memory timing change but still remain the same
