So when I was working, or playing games, or leave the computer to download a file, or even just leave the computer on for some time just at the desktop not opening anything, the computer like to Freeze or Hang. But this occurs very very randomly.
Like sometimes not even once in a week.
The Hang or Freeze it self doesn't have an error message or minidump file like BSOD does.
And after it Freeze it require a hard reboot. Because the keyboard doesn't even detect.
When crash, the light on Caps Lock or Scroll Lock on the keyboard not even on when pressed. But the light in the mouse still on but i cannot move the pointer.
My Spec
- FX - 8320E
- AsRock 970 Pro 3 R2.0
- 16 GB RAM DDR 3 (2x 8 GB RAM)
- RX 480 4 GB

Well my guest is on the RAM. But I dunno for sure.

Please help me, even if it's random but it sometimes cause corrupt file or missing work progress.
Thx and sorry for my bad English

Solution
make a bootable memtest usb stick boot from it and run it overnight. download hardware info 64 bit set it tot sensor and logging. you can have a bad vrm on the mb that failing causing mb power to go out of spec.

Sorry for late reply.... so I've tried using memtest but just normal run.... no error found..... but i don't know how to set it tot sensor and logging...... how to do that?
Ow yeah one more thing.... the freeze or hang is very very rare to occur when playing games... its randomly but likely to occur when the computer left idle while downloading some file...... or sometimes left it while it open.......... which is very weird....
