6700k or 7700k

Hey guys,
so i have a 4570 and im going all out to get a new cpu/mobo etc and its either 6700k or 7700k, i wouldnt mind overcloking to 4.8ghz ish but which one would be cooler, as ive heard the tim on the 7700k is really bad and i dont really wanna delid.

gpu = gtx 1070
monitor = acer predator 1440p 144hz
cooler = nzxt x61

7700K is the successor to 6700K, why would you even consider the older model? 7700K is obviously better, and with Kraken X61 you can surely go 4.8-5 GHz'ish, which you most likely wouldn't be able to on the 6700K.
