Countered that vote for you.

Either the 2GB GTX 1050 or going for GTX 1050 Ti / RX470. There's literally no reason to go with the 4GB GTX 1050/ RX 460. Neither posses enough performance muscle for the settings that would require more than 2GB VRAM. For such low powered card, just pick the cheapest from the usual suspect of ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA that look (visually) the best to you.

i5 6500 (3.2-3.6Ghz) woul allow a much better min fps upgrade; when paired with the RX 470 (20-30% more than the Ti), even the i5 7400 (3.0-3.4Ghz) can guarantee...

Price differs per country. Not sure which site you'll be buying from and how much you can spend.

Anyways, you'll want something like this:

Pentium G4560 CPU
B250M motherboard
2x4GB DDR4-2133/2400 RAM
1TB HDD
GTX 1050 / RX 460 graphics card
Micro-ATX Case
350+ watts power supply (Reputable model).

An i5 would clearly be better, but a G4560 + RX 470/RX480/GTX 1060 would be the combination giving you better performance in games.
