1| You're located in India while the majority of folks coming around here are based outside of India. It'd be a good idea to pass on a link as to where you'd be purchasing your goods and it also helps us understand the sort of brands you have access to and the price they're in.

2| It'd also be a good idea to pass on your current system's full specs to understand what you have to work with and what we could give as a potentially worth while upgrade path/investment.

List them as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Include the monitor and the resolution and the games you plan on playing on the system. Being specific would help us two fold.

3| Worst case scenario, you may need to buy a Haswell platform if you'd like to stick to DDR3 ram. Best case scenario, we can find a Skylake motherboard that accepts DDR3 that meets your budget.
