I decide to purchase the ASUS ROG STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING
Would this card run well with my current pc?

i7-4770 CPU@3.40GHz
GIGABYTE GA-Z87-HD3
RAM 16 GB DDR3
Running windows 7 64 bit

I don't see any possible bottlenecks.

Yeah its fine. You will not have any problem with it. It has 6 pins PCI-E power connector and you are good to go. Good luck.
