I downloaded the bios update here
http://overclocking.guide/intel-skylake-non-k-overclocking-bios-list/

and also after swapping out my 6600k to 6500 the b1 ram slot now wont work

my pc specs:

G.skill ripjaws 5 16gb
Galax gtx 970 HOF
Seasonice m12II evo edition 620watts

A call to MSI may be in your future then. Its worth a shot, maybe they will warranty it for you. If not its gotta be cheaper to have them fix it than buy a new board.

No its not ok at all, as clearly you are seeing the issues related to them.

It IS possible to fix them but you need to be VERY precise, use a magnifying glass and GENTLY use a stiff object to move them back into place.

MSI may fix this for you under warranty (or you may want to consider paying to have it fixed) as its easy to mess up.

Also please watch the language here.
