Hi all I bought the xfx rx 480 8gb and it get to about 65 Celsius when the fans kick in. What I'm wondering is this normal and also is there a good program to adjust the fans myself? I have speedfan not sure if that's recommended. Thanks for any help

Assuming you downloaded this from this link:
http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/msi-afterburner-beta-download,30.html

You'll need 7zip or Winrar to open it up to install.
Links:
http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Than after downloaded either 7zip or Winrar (no preference) you are able to open that file.

However, if needed right click the file and do "open with" and than select one of the file openers after installed.

That is normal, the Crimson drivers you installed allow you to adjust the fans somewhat. MSI Afterburner is a better program for it. Speedfan does the job as well.
