PC doesn't recognize 2nd and identical memory stick

Hi guys, I've recently build my first desktop PC after using laptops, now everything seems to work fine, apart from my RAM. I have 2 stick of HyperX blabla RAM, a total of 8GB, 2x4GB. I bought them in 1 package, they are 100% identical, but for some reason my PC doesn't detect both. I've tried using other slots but it won't solve anything. Help? :(

MOBO is an Asus z170 Pro Gaming

Hey man, thanks for the quick reply, but there is no need anymore, I'mclosing this thread. Me being an idiot didnt wear glasses when installing it, I thought I had it in the right slot, but I missed. Relocated it, now it works! :)
