Stuck in repair

Recently my windows stopped working properly. When i start booting it prompts me to preparing repair. After its done it asks me to restart. After i restart the same thing occurs. Any ways to fix this? And if not, how to boot in to safe mode so i could atleast get some files if possible? Thanks.

I was having the same problem, but now my computer doesn't even get as far as loading the OS :(

My first thought was to try individual memory modules in slot 1 to make sure it's not that. Take out all nonessential hardware too, that isn't required for the computer to boot.
