Do these components work together?

I searched around the internet for computer pieces that I could bring together to build a low budget PC that could run Witcher 3 and I ended up with these, so I would like to know if these would work (I haven't included a storage device because I'm going to use one that I already have.)
So the pieces are:
• ASUS M5A78L-M Plus
• MSI GAMING Radeon RX 460 GDDR5 2GB
• Rosewill Ultra High Gloss Finished MicroATX Computer Case with 400W ATX 2.2 12V Power Supply
• Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Single DDR3 1600 MT/s
• AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300

I think they should work together. But what is your budget? I think that investing in a 5 year old platform and buying a case with an included power supply from a company that has a reputation for poor units isn't the best idea

You forgot to mention the PSU you're going to use...please include it. BTW are you talking about the M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 or the non USB 3.0 version? The parts check out for compatibility but please run the PSU and the storage drive by for a second opinion.

Edit, that 400W PSU is nothing but an expensive paper weight, you'll need something more reliable. Try and pick a unit that is as close to Tier 1 as possible.

My budget is around 350€ but the only thing that I'm going to use this PC for that is kinda difficult is running Witcher 3.
Any recommendations on a good PSU and a good case to go with it?

Corsair CX550M, Seasonic SSR-550RM are solid units.

Cooler Master MasterBox 5, Corsair Spec-01, Corsair 200R, Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus, are some better cheaper ones. What you really need in the end is a case with front panel USB or audio I believe and support for your motherboard and GPU fits.
