Question Regarding Graphics Card Upgrade

Hi guys, my GPU is broken and im about to buy one RX-480, most likely the MSI or the XFX version, and I would like to know your thoughts 1st, wich one should i go for and 2nd, if the system I have is good enough to run this GPU.
Here are the components:
CPU: Core i7 3770k
Board: Z77-DS3H socket 1155
Ram: Corsair 2x 8GB DDR3
PSU: ThermalTake Smart M750W Bronze 80+

just get whatever one you like or is the cheapest... they are all good models. if i had to pick i would go with the msi gaming for all around performance.

Thank you for your answer. I have it overclocked at 4.3 because I have a BeQuiet cooler as well...
I was looking at the XFX and the MSI version of the RX480, because I've heard that the Sapphire version runs with higher temps.

And I have another Question, I was checking my PSU and it is not working properly as well... Would 550W be enough to power my rig, and maybe Crossfire in the future?

You should be fine with 550W.
Even though it might be a bit warmer I am going for the Sapphire Nitro because in my opinion it looks the best. Otherwise it comes down to your personal preference and the colour of your build. Just make sure you don't get the MSI armor version as it doesn't perform as well. Also make sure you get a double fan version.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. I agree with you, it does look the best of all the versions I saw. I haven't made any decisions but its something to consider.

Hello, I would like to direct you to the GTX 1060 gpu instead of going with the RX 480. The RX 480 will perform a bit better than the 1060 (by a few frames) but the driver support is much, mucch better for the 1060. I own a MSI gaming RX 480 and Ive had it since this christmas, so about 2-3 months and it just craps on me whenever it can find a way. I get random blue screens, screen tearing and much more very annoying stuff. So if I were you, just go with the 1060 and be done with it.

Hi, I was about to buy the 1060, but the problem is that my Motherboard doesnt support SLI but does support Crossfire. Your point on the Drivers was a concern at first for me, but at least they are improving on that end, the RX-480 was worst than the 1060 before they updated the drivers. I have owned nVidia for a long time, but this time Im going with the RX-480.

amd drivers are a lot better than they were and the rx480 hasn't had the issues of past amd cards as its crimson drivers have been very good. 550w is plenty but its is not if you plan to go crossfire. i wouldn't really recommend crossfiring two rx480. a single 1070 would be a better idea or just wait for the rx490 to come out.

Thank you for the help, I went with the Gaming X from MSI and got the EVGA 210-GQ-0650-V2 as my new PSU, because I'm still considering CrossFire in the future.Once again, thank you for taking your time to help me.
