Alcatel One Touch Pop Star 2 LTE--Storage Space running out

I just bought an Alcaltel One Touch Pop Star 2 LTE. I've had it less than two weeks and whenever I take a picture or try to download an app the phone keeps saying I'm running out of storage space. I've factory reset it, I've installed a micro SD card, and it keeps telling me I'm running out of internal space. I've moved as much as I could to the SD card and removed a bunch of pre installed apps and it STILL tells me the same. Is there anything I can do before I smash this phone into a wall?

Sounds like an issue my wife had with her Sony.
I think what is happening there is that the device is having an issue with RAM management and it is running out of RAM.
Never did quite solve that problem, though I can suggest manually end tasking each app when you are done with it.
