would you need an optical drive installed for ironside pcs?

im getting an ironside computer, and ive seen that the os came in disk form. should i add an optical drive for the disk?

The system should have the OS installed already, those disks would be for a system restore. Yes you will need an optical drive to use them or you can use a disk to USB utility to create USB drives from those disks. Getting a disk drive would be simpler.
