Hello! It is my first time building a PC so I am little confused. Pc config-
Intel i7 7700k
Asus rog z270e strix gaming mobo
Kingston hyper x 2133mhz 4X8gb
Gigabyte g1 gtx 1070 gaming
Corsair carbide spec-alpha mid tower cabinet

Questions: I chose coolermaster hyper 212 led for CPU cooler as I do not plan to overclock so will it be enough?
2. I know my mobo is dual channel so will 4 sticks are ok if I m not over Overclocking?
3. My cabinet comes with 2 front fans and one in the back. Do I need more fans or not?
Please help me out as I am getting paranoid over these issues.

If you are not gonna overclock CPU then why you bought unlocked CPU?
4 (32gb) sticks are more than enough.
About your cabinet it depends upon your system and environment. as you are not gonna overclock it then hopefully it will not produce much heat and it also depends on temps of the room, if your rooms temps are high then you need those extra fans..depends where you stay..India?

and what is the use of this high end system to you?
Gaming?
Video editing?
something else?

Yes I live in India. In summers it gets hot in India. So do you suggest installing 1-2 extra fans? Main use is gaming and photoshop, illustrator basically design related editing. Locked CPU had 3.6 ghz and unlocked has 4.2 ghz that's why I chose unlocked.

I'm also from India. my cabinet also comes with 2 intake (front) fans and 1 exhaust at back. but I don't have unlocked CPU but still while gaming especially in summer it generate lots of heat so I install 2 more exhaust at top and that helped a lot

Yes, its not just CPU, GPU, RAM PSU all generate heat and need to get rid of that extra heat.
n also recommend you to get a dust filter if possible.
plz let me know which brand you go for n price for the same (2 fans + dust filter) and from which website

I decided on corsair af120 120mm fans. They have high rating and not that costly. Ordering from amazon. Don't know about dust filters though. I ordered all the products from amazon except graphics card. I would recommend primeabgb.com for that. They are reliable and shipped the products quickly. I received in 3 days from ordering.
