hi,
i am building my first gaming PC and i'm buying parts for it.Now i have the budget for cpu.
im getting i5 7600 and i5 7600k for almost the same price.
i5 7600 will be having 3 years local warranty but i5 7600k is without local warranty.
moreover i do not plan to overclock and plan on a b250(GIGABYTE GA GAMING B8) motherboard.
i will also have to pay for cooler in case of 7600k .
so there are two questions:

1: DO i need to care about the 3 year warranty?

2:is there any performance difference between i5 7600 and i5 7600k at stock.

thanks in advance.

Solution
1. Yes you should care about the warranty

2. The performance difference at stock is pretty negligible with the 7600K only having a 100MHz boost clock advantage. If you have a decent cooler (anything even slightly better than the stock cooler) it will run at the boost speed all the time.

Moral of the story: If you're getting a B250 board, get the 7600
