I have made a pc build please check it out- https://in.pcpartpicker.com/user/im_smokoholic/saved/8KDf7P
My question is, can this pc handle 2016 games and upcoming tiltles in 900p or at least 768p?
I'd like to do heavy gaming at 30FPS. Some examples are Watch Dogs 2, Assassins Creed Syndicate, Hitman 2016, etc.. With of course the upcoming tiltles.. I don't know but i have seen people playing at good settings and 1080p with 30FPS and above on the GTX 650 TI Boost Edition 2GB so i bought it, as i got a very good price. Bought it at around $75 (Asus variant). Now im getting another deal on I5 3450 at around the same price. So my question is can this be the ultimate budget build? Thank you

Solution
Thank you very much! I just tried some few games on my rig and it can handle the latest games like ROTTR, AC Syndicate, Watch Dogs 2, Witcher in High/Very high fix of settings on 900p at steady 30 fps. That's what i wanted. One thing that i found weird while gaming on Win10 was that my screen would go black and there would be sound loop but after downgrading to Win7 the problem completely resolved. And performance in Win7 was way better that Win10. Hope that's helpful for someone. Peace out! ✌

First of all no one knows the future of PC gaming in 2017. I think at 768p it can perform well. But the GPU is not so powerful, it will struggle. If you can just get a 1050ti, 1050 or RX 460. You can get it around 10k INR.

Yes we don't know about future, but it would be better for sure.
so 650 ti is out dated already.
1050 ti is better option or Rx 470(which is better than 1050 ti- you can play games @40-50FPS or may be more with 470)
for budget build, so yes this is ultimate one (i5)
just think before you invest..get a better card for gaming
