The last thing that bug me, is that you're probably overpaying for a GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming which wouldn't perform that much better than a STRIX/Gaming X/Jet Stream; otherwise, the build looks solid for what you want.

If you're going for a Z270 chipset board, you should look at no less than a K suffixed i5, i.e an i5-7600K. If you're not overclocking then drop down to the B250 chipset.

Ram should be above 2800MHz, ideally 3200MHz, if going for the Z270 chipset. If you're dropping down to B250, then 2133MHz is the maximum the system will recognize.

The GPU could be changed for a Strix/EVGA version but that's entirely up to you.

Ditch the H55, it's not even worth the money and you'll wish you didn't spend on it after the purchase. You'd be best served with an air cooler, something like a Cryorig H7.

You could downsize the size of the build if all you're going to use is a single GPU. I'd suggest an matx/mitx build but then again, that's me ;)

For not overclocking, the ASUS ROG STRIX B250F Gaming (~$130) is good enough.

And B250 MB + Kabylake CPU = support for DDR4 2400, Lutfij.

For something in that theme, Cryorig H7 ($31.49) or M9i ($17.99) instead of the H55.

Cooling power, the H7 is superior, but since we're talking about look, and since the aerocool has a pretty big window, the white fan on the H7 may not be to your taste, in which case, get the M9i.

With these saving, you should be able to get your Samsung SSD and maybe able to upgrade to 16GB RAM as well.
