Cooler too big? ;-;

So. I might've screwed up real nice.

So, I've decided that I want a cheap, simple MATX mobo for my first build (this one here) and this is the one I intend to get, based on a low price-tag, good reviews and simplicity. However, ahead of time, I went ahead and ordered a cooler (yes, I know it's kinda sketchy, but it looked nice and preforms better than the stock, this one here) I knew the thing was big, as it does say '120mm/12cm cooler' right up front, but I suppose I underestimated the actual size of a 120mm fan, being a novice in computers. SO, to put it shortly...

Will this cooler fit on my motherboard, or am I stock bound?

Solution
That cooler should fit no problem since it supports the socket that the mobo uses.
The thing to check, however, is if its HEIGHT might not be a problem. Will it fit into your chassis?

I went to the company's website and it says the dimensions are 130x130x60mm, and the max CPU height for my case (this one) is 170mm. I believe that's clear. :)

That cooler doesn't seem much better than Intel original cooler.
No copper (pure aluminium), no heatpipes, nothing. Fan is a bit larger so maybe be a bit quieter at same rpms.

Should fit on motherboard just fine. Doesn't seem to be any problems with ram clearance.
