I have noticed that my CPU reacts very critically to every thing I do like when I move my mouse the cpu usage goes up to 20% and when I move a window it jumps to 30-35% usage...
(I know I have oppened a thread about my CPU usage going to 100% in games) I think this might explain somethings to you guys that understand in this kind of stuff.
My CPU goes to 100% in some games and I did tried so many things and nothing helped and I do have high CPU usage in low demanding games as well... like for example CS:GO I have like 80%-85% CPU usage which is alot other pepole with the same brand of CPU have like 30%-40%
usage in those kind of games I have 70% cpu usage in league of legends!
I have a i5 4690k OC to 4.5 GH.z
windows 7 GTX 1070
16 Gigs of ram
