is it actually any possible way to oc a low powered i5 with some software? i know this probably dangerous, but i just wondering is it actually possible? pls tell me if someone knows

99% chance the answer is no.

First of all a low powered i5 is almost garanteed to be a locked CPU
To further add to that, a laptop is regulated by the bios the OEM chooses to install and the OEM is not going to want to let the user overclock (and potentially damage) their cpu and then try to get it warranty returned (not saying you are donig that, but we know plenty of people would).

There are third party BIOS out there, but the enthusiast generally sticks with high end laptops where this is advertised as a feature. Or they use some of the more custom chassis that use desktop CPUs.

OEM computers also have the CPU cooler specified to operate within a designated power envelope. If you overclock it is likely to overheat.
