Program showing data writing history?

Hello,

I'm looking for a program that shows exactly what files are being written on my SSD, or which programs or processes access it. I want to trace the usage of my SSD.

Thank, I will check it out. And I already use CrystalDiskInfo for total writes.

I have a Samsung 850 Evo with 250gb.
I'm just curious because there are apparently 10gb written onto it every day, although I "only" use it for Windows and do almost all installations and downloads on my HDD.

Hibernation is not turned on.

Edit: Well one reason might be that I unzip large files on my HDD quite often, thus the temp folder on my SSD is drawn upon (when unzipping by drag & drop). I will avoid unzipping using the temp folder and see how much daily writing I get.

Ok there is definitely something off here: I shut down my PC last night with 5214gb total writes, now after starting it, after just 10 minutes, I have 5217gb total writes (using CrystalDiskInfo).

Any suggestions?
