I bought the desktop on 23rd november 2016. it was running well until recently. after I turn it on for 10-15 minutes. it turns off and then restart by itself without running. do you think the power supply fails? The PC is not overheat. the temps about 37 celcius and I merely use it for browsing until it turns off.

here is my pc spec

Sapphire RX 480 4GB

Does it do this every time you use it or just this one time? Might have been a windows update, they sometimes restart the computer automatically if the update requires it. Just wanted to rule that out before you tear your computer apart.

Update: now my Desktop starts acting out again. instead of 10 minutes, it shut downs right after it turns on, it won't even let me pass to loading screen. it turns off and turn on by itself

It sounds like your power supply might be going bad if it's not even starting to load windows before it restarts. It's possible it is the motherboard or other hardware components, but the power supply is my guess as they are usually the first to go bad and can exhibit the behavior you are seeing..
