SSD vs. HDD

I was wondering if it's cheaper to get a smaller ssd and a large hdd (ssd for windows). So my question is is it cheaper and more worth it to get a small ssd and a large hdd or should i stick with what i have now which is an ADATA Ultimate SU800 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

The better price-to-performance ration for storage is typically with a 240GB SSD paired with a 1TB HD for supplemental storage. A 240GB / 250GB / 256GB SSD will hold your OS and a good number of apps / games, then use the HD for larger storage items.

MB - For an entry level SLI board, look toward the Gigabyte over the MSI. This is more personal preference, but no need to overspend.
MEM - A bit cheaper with the modules below. Same performance...
SSD - The Samsung EVO is nice, but overpriced. Look toward SK Hynix, Crucial MX300, Sandisk X400 or the WD Blue.
HD - WD Blue is the best performer at its price point.
PSU - If you are going with the Z270 chipset and a board that supports SLI, then look toward a larger PSU that will allow...
