I've tried asking Crucial and they didn't really answer the question at all so here it is.

I currently have THIS RAM and I would like to know if I could just buy it again and use it in combination with the RAM I currently have.

Specs:
Motherboard - GA-Z97X-Gaming 3
CPU - Intel i5 4690

In theory, yes everything should work right.
In practice, there's a small small chance it may not, as mixing ram kits could just cause a slight incompatibility.
I'm more curious why you bought low-profile udimm ram though.

It's better to buy a new pair for dual channel memory. If you just buy the same RAM again and pair it with your existing one. Chances are that it causes your PC to perform poorly. So all dual channel memory are sold in sets. Because they are manufactured in same batches. Same specs but different batches sticks can cause problems.
