I bought Asus X99-e WS with 7 PCI-e x16 ports to build renderfarm with 7 gpus, but when I use more than 5 it don;t want to start up, "saying" q-code 94. It means "PCI Bus Enumeration"...but what the hell it means and how I can fix that?

CPU: Xenon e5 2609
64gb RAM
7x MSI 1070

Yeah, I've even disabled almost all SATA and USB's....send an email to asus..will see what they will answer. But it's illogical to have 7 x16 ports and 5 only to use... :/

Just bought the same board, having the same problem. Were you ever able to solve this issue? So frustrated with Asus about this.

Hey there!
First of all, install 1 gpu and the latest BIOS version. 4g decoding is under BOOT menu(but don't touch it yet).

Install windows with 1 gpu. Go to BIOS and switch everything what is possible to GEN 2. Disable ASMedia SATA and any other unused sata/usb 3.1/3.0/lan. 4g decoding should be off at this point.

Boot system up. Install all drivers, including gpu. I recommend to install teamviewer and setup free access just in case.

Turn the system down. Boot bios and turn on 4g decoding. Turn off.
Install all GPU, boot the system up. After startup it may blink few times, it means, drivers been applied to other videocards. If you have AMD cards, there's some driver patch, unlocking blackscreen(you can control PC with teamviewer with no problem (you've installed it, right?)).

Now everything should work fine. Amen!

Nope. I sent it to service 3 times and still, it was unable to run 7 or even 4 gpus in the mobo. Returned my money and built 8gpu rig on Aorus Z270X gaming K5(Using risers). Works stable.
