You might want to go with a bit bigger power supply, I would do at least a 500W. I also agree with RonRaxXx about trying to get the 6500 and buy less expensive RAM, Dominator Platinum is going overboard for a midrange system.

1. You don't need the water cooler, so you can save $60 there. The i5 6400 comes with a stock cooler.
2. Max memory frequency support for your motherboard is 2133mhz, so you can save even more money there.
3. I would ditch the HDD and use that money towards a higher capacity SSD. You can always purchase an HDD for storage down the road when you need it. If you play games like DOOM, GTA V, etx, you'll find you will fill up that 240gb ssd quickly. You have to think of the future and how much more capacity games will take up and factor that in when purchasing storage.
