I wouldnt post here if i hadnt already looked around.

I had an odd ball mobo and am having issues over clocking my PhenomII past 3.2GHz
YES i have looked around the forum to find ways to overclock it but its all done with a Gigabyte board or Asus. Before to long i need to pick up a good OC board so i can squeeze the years out of this cpu.

NOTE: THIS IS A BUDGET PC THAT WAS BUILT AROUND A VERY VERY TIGHT BUDGET!
(excluding the video card) [ the video card was overkill imo ]

Mobo (CPU-Z): FOXCONN A78AS 3 Series
RAM: PNY 1x8GB
GPU: AMD Radeon r7 370 4GB
PSU: 650w Corsair
LiquidCooler: Corsair H100 (unsure)

I know its a shoddy mobo but its done the trick thus far.

I changed my Ram to 1333mhz and 1067 (for trial and error) to see if would help post at 3.3GHz + but no luck

If i cant push it further then i cant. I wont be pushy to ask why i cant or cry about it.

Many Thanks for what ever help you can give!

Here is a few screens of CPU-Z
