Losing Internet connection whenever I play online????

Hey guys, this happed about 3 weeks ago, when I try to play League Of Legend, I lose connection (no internet access) not only in the game but the whole net goes down. I tried to play crossfire and the same happend. When this happens I either wait about 30mins or restart the pc. both cause me to lose the game..
I tried to uninstall my AV and that didnt word
my firewall is always off
note that I had Win7 bfr and i had the same problem and upgrade to 10 64b
Please help me ASAAAAP!!!!

Is the internet down for just your PC or does it go down for your whole house?

Just the pc, my wifi doesn't stop working on my mobile, note that i use Ethernet cable on my pc

Have you tried replacing the Ethernet cable to rule that out?

Have you tried updating your router firmware or a different router?

When you loose internet connectivity can you ping your router or get to your router admin web page?

When it happens can you check the event viewer and see if you find an error that helps pinpoint the issue?

I did try another cable
I didn't try updating the firmware. the router is set to the ISP version, it's ZXHN
I didn't try pinging the router, and i dont know how to do this, next time I'll try to open the admin page
I'm not familiar with Eventviewer, but i just opened it and it was all empty of logs.
I tried port forward in the admin web page and didnt try playing yet
