Not sure where exactly problem lies but I was playing LoL when suddenly one of my monitors just 'popped' out of nowhere and became undetectable by windows. I restarted and identified the monitor again but when I log back into LoL games the framerate is barely reaching 20 when it usually sits around 200. Everytime I restart the same thing happens. Windows 10
