So i have an i7 6700k and i have a h100i liquid cooling with an aorus GA z270x k5 and i switched from anotherboard and before i placed my cpu to a new motherboard while reusing the same thermal paste used 7 months ago and just now i replaced the thermal paste and the cpu is going crazy.. It is going LOUD! whenever i open the program or whatever that gets the cpu going.. it will get loud and then die down to sort of quiet temps

Solution
Think you'll have to pull the pump back off. Sounds like you didn't get the paste right. Either it wasn't cleaned right or you have a bad seat. Personally, I'd make a trip to the hardware store and purchase 4x thin nylon washers and stick them under the backplate. Corsair aios have an issue with the mounting and thinner mobo's where the screws tighten to the stops but the pump still isn't as tight to the cpu as it should be, which leaves thick paste under it, higher temps.

Sounds like something isn't seated correctly with your cooler. Your BIOS also sounds to be using Temp based fan control. Check everything over to make sure the heatsink is seated correctly, and check your BIOS settings. Make sure your temps are also in the safe zone.

i tried to find something about those names and nothing came up at all... i did check on the cpu cooler if it was placed right and it seems right like this is the 3 time of me installing the same liquid cooler and the first time i didnt mess up and the second it was with a friend and it didnt mess up and now i have it on my 2nd time on my same rig and im pretty sure its not the case.. The temps are still crazy.. In the bios its like around the 50.. I did also clean any dust (no dust seen) and everything seems good besides the cpu cooler working overtime and the temps are still crazy!

anything else i can do? and also im pretty sure its not that since its been happening since i got a new motherbaoard... I would hate to say that its a seating issue.. Also i think the paste is on right because when i went to remove the paste today and reapply, the paste got covered with thermal paste where it was like when i took the cpu cooler for the first time with the AIO liquid originator paste

Use the one that says CPU fan.
I would select PWM or Voltage, and set it in a medium range, and see how well that goes for you.

So i had the motherboard replaced with my old one and the cpu temps were chilled.. I looked into everything and well besides the BIOS as i am not familiar with Gigabyte bios and how everything works.. maybe you can tell me where to go but i tested my cpu on my old motherboard and everything seems fine like everything was how it was before..

The fan control in bios is for the case fans I believe, the cpu_fan is pwm and cpu_opt is voltage and may or may not be controlled. You'll have to use the cpu_fan, simply for the tach wire and cpu alarm, that header always has to be populated by something. The pump has a separate power source. Use of the USB is upto you, it's not necessary unless you plan on using Corsair Link. While I'm personally not a huge fan of CL, I'd at least give it a try as it'll override the bios settings. It'll be probably the best method of taming the cooler to your specific limits. I use CAM software for my nzxt Kraken X61 and it's great, just set to silent and let it do its own figuring of temp curves. You might try something similar on CL.

I fixed it.. It has to do with my old mobo drivers conflicting with my new mobo drivers..
