Intel igpu has clearer image than a dedicated AMD gpu

Not sure what is going on but igpu (i5 6500) has clearer and sharper image (clearer texts with no aliasing while AMD plus more aliased text has generally more blurry image/texture+dark color appears very dark that makes gaming sometimes hard)

GPU: AMD r9 xfx 280x over clocked edition
Monitor:Samsung led s22e391h with PLS panel
*monitor is connected by HDMI cable that came with the monitor

Any time I change monitors or videocards I re-calibrate the monitor. So until you calibrate your monitor to work with the AMD card you can't be sure there's an issue. Make sure you have the latest drivers for both monitor and videocard if such drivers are available, in the case of the monitor.

calibration if it will solve anything will only solve dark color problem (which did not), the slightly blurry image need another type of configuration/fix for sure so that's why I am asking
