Don't forget that it's used as well. If it performs between the 1050TI and the 1060, or around $150ish, then you need to knock some more off because it's a used item. Fans and what not don't last forever. $80-$100 is something I can see someone buying it for. More if you can find a sucker, less if you want to dump it fast.

that cheap? bought this thing for $500 when it first came out. time flies fast. how does $150 sound seeing that this performs between the 1050 ti and the 1060

Performance wise i can see how you would be confused but it is more of a demand thing.

Most people arent looking for a 780 anymore so they usually sell for cheaper than the cards they out perform.

I think around 100 is reasonable.

I still remember buying my gtx 650 for $180sgd. Now i see asians selling it for around $40sgd. Take a look at how much other people sell [Those are the price that doesn't sell] and you will roughly get how the demand is. Just make your price cheapest as compared to other sellers in that particular market. If it's not getting any offers at all, lower the price in weekly basis.
