Cooler Debate! Help!

Solution
I think I would avoid unknown branded liquid coolers. Given how cheap they are compared to well known brands like swiftech, ek, corsair, cryorig etc. Single fan 120mm radiator aio coolers don't generally offer extraordinary performance. There's a slim but real chance they could leak, more common problems are premature pump failure. If well established companies in the water cooling market have issues like weak or failed pumps the chances of a no-name aio holding up aren't that great.

What is their warranty policy? If a cheap $50 cooler leaks are they going to stand behind it? Will they replace the potentially water damaged cpu, motherboard, gpu? Is it worth risking the rest of the pc to save a few dollars on essentially a gamble?

A corsair h60 is the same size/type cooler, one of the cheapest at around $60 and its performance is somewhat mediocre. An equally priced or slightly less expensive air cooler would match or beat it in performance. It would help to know which case you have, what ram you're using to help recommend cooler suggestions for things like case width and ram clearance.

If you are still set on using an aio cooler I'd recommend going with a better quality product. It may be tempting to save a few dollars but there are better options that I think would suit you better for a little more money and worth the investment.
