Too start it is a prebuilt PC. It is an Acer desktop I believe the TC series. It has an AMD 6500 with the integrated GPU (8570D), 6 GB of RAM. I plan on upgrading the RAM also, but what GPU would you recommend that would increase gaming performance. I do not want nor do I expect ultra settings at 1080p. I have a laptop that playss BF1 at med. lags but some what playable (100% playable at low) at about 1366x768, it has an i5 5200U, 8GB RAM and an 820M, so even something similar to that would be cool. I do realize upgrading the GPU I might need to upgrade the PSU. Any help appreciated.

It's budget CPU level of performance, so I'd go with a budget gaming card. The specs I saw list a 300W power supply, if that's right that's also enough for a budget level of videocard. An Nvidia GTX 1050 should do the trick. It will do a lot of games at 1080p very well, except the most demanding games but then your APU won't handle those games that well anyways so it's a moot point.

edit: I believe it's this model - Acer Desktop PC ATC-105-UR10
